    • Determination of true price range based on current market conditions; sales history; genuine buyer interest and verification of actual offers; vendor’s motivation and urgency to sell and price expectation.
  • Private Sale Purchase
    • Negotiation of best terms, conditions and price on property.
  • Auction purchase
    • Negotiation prior to auction or strategising for auction success.
    • Critical Negotiation Phase - if property is passed in to us as the highest bidder.
  • Thorough inspection of contracts and arranging for contracts to be sighted by solicitor or conveyancer upon request
  • Supervision of signing; ensuring that all the necessary conditions and terms are inserted. Ensure client is aware of all the implications, rights and possible pitfalls of signing.
  • Initial building condition inspection on all properties – followed by coordination of qualified pest and building inspection if required.
  • Attend multiple auctions/ private sale negotiations, and represent client. Negotiate prior to auction if possible, and have multiple representatives at auction
  • Provide after sales support (upon request)
